A little more about us:

We are a family owned and operated team that truly love people. Thanks in part to the people that we hire, we have an incredible atmosphere and team culture built on respect and friendliness. When I was a kid, my mom taught me that I should treat other people with kindness, respect and give grace. It’s served me well through my life and we work very hard to implement and protect that here with our team.

Who we hire:

Amazing people. It’s not just part of our tagline… it’s REAL. We DO NOT hire people that are into drama, office gossip or political games. We hire people that are simply amazing human beings, love helping people and want to serve small businesses in a way that truly solves some very real and very complex problems for them.

What we do:

We serve small business owners and decision makers of small, local businesses that truly love and care about their employees. Many of these owners would love desperately to offer good insurance benefits but have not been able to find cost effective solutions to do so. We literally fix that. We help place real insurance, with real people that help with real problems.

What qualifications do we really look for?

See above. Sales experience is great, resumes are ok too… but people matter to us way more. We can train anyone with the right attitude, energy and desire to learn how to serve small business owners and we can certainly teach about the product and process. We can’t teach how to be an “amazing” person. You’ve either already got that (or don’t).
